Tuesday
Met mom and aunt, to purchase the CAMERA. (THANKS! I LOVE YOU!), CIRCUS ARUCKUS(??)(HAHA), INGLORIOUS BASTERDS with prince, fan, dalton, leon.

Wednesday
Met aunt for lunch, GOT ME A NEW LENS (SUPRISE) (BEST LENS EVER.)

Thursday
Met Julia for brunch, and watched MTV VMA. (AWESOME GOOD PERFORMANCES), Random photoshoot with Imran and Ariz.

Friday
Phillipe Starck Chair Launch (??)(AWESOME FOOD, THAT’S ALL, FREE FLOW BOOZE!)

Saturday
Budget dinner with Circus Aruckus (fan, dalton, leon, prince) 1 honey glazed spring chicken, 1 black pepper spring chicken, 1 rack of bbq ribs, 4 drum sticks, 2 bottles of drink. $4 each. BEST BUDGET DINNER EVER. We ate at some random SMU underground pass thing, I don’t think we were suppose to be there.

CHURCH ANNIVERSARY.

TV Series: GLEE

Glee is an American musical dramedy television series that airs on Fox. It focuses on a high school show choir, also known as a glee club, set within the fictional William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio. (Wikipedia)

It just started, 2 episodes in. And it’s really good, the cast is superb. They do covers of songs that are current, and it’s so good. Although I don’t know who is really singing. The characters and their development is interesting enough to keep watching. I think most people will be able to relate to this. Go watch, its better than Gossip Girl.

Daily Mug Shot

I thought I would give this a try. Take a photo of myself everyday, and compile them together and see what happens. I mean how hard could it be to take a photo everyday. Unfortunately, it was very irregular, and I couldn’t keep to it. I official gave it up. And this is the result so far.

Movie: District 9 and Nick And Norah’s Infinite Playlist

In the past week or two, I caught two movies, Nick And Norah’s Infinite Playlist and District 9. I caught District 9 in the theatres of The Cathay. Thanks to someone, we were late and the movie was already 5 mins in.

Baybeats – Day 2 and 3

A quick round up. Day 2 was alright, manage to catch Chris Collingwood from Fountains of Wayne, Love Me Butch (Malaysia), RNRM (Indonesia). RNRM was really awesome, great with the crowd and great stage presence. The electronic/pop/dance music they played was well recieved by the crowd. We enjoyed them so much that we went up to them and had a little chat.

Day 3 was just a whole lot of fun with friends. Met probably everyone I knew from different points in life, it was like going back in time. Manage to catch Inch, who was really awesome. And a whole lot of other local bands. Plus Anberlin… ehh.

Baybeats Day 1 at Esplanade was pretty awesome. They had a line up of really great bands both local and foreign. Manage to catch ‘For This Cycle (Local)’, Ally Kerr (Scotland), Cyndi Seui (Thailand), The Great Spy Experiment (Local). 

Brat Pack

Phoenix – Lisztomania (brat pack mashup tribute)

I was looking for videos of my favourite song, Liztomania by Phoenix, when I stumbled upon this Brat Pack mash up. Which I thought was pretty cool. I so wanna look for all the Brat Pack movies and have a Brat Pack movie marathon. Popular ones include, The Outsiders, The Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink, Footloose. Movie: Where The Wild Things Are

Directed by Spike Jonze, based on a children’s book by Maurice Sendak. I’m quite excited for this movie, it looks really good although I’ve never read the book before. The song in the trailer is by Arcade Fire, Wake Up.
